At Kheflaxxsnyx, we are committed to delivering high-quality clothing decorations that meet your specifications. Due to the custom nature of our embroidery, applique, and padding products, our return policy is designed to address quality concerns while acknowledging the bespoke nature of our work.
Custom Orders
Most of our products are made-to-order based on your specific design requirements. Custom embroidery, personalized appliques, and tailored padding elements are created uniquely for each client. Therefore:
- Custom orders cannot be returned simply due to change of mind
- Please review all design proofs carefully before approving production
- Ensure all specifications (colors, sizes, quantities) are correct before confirming your order
Defective Products
If you receive products with manufacturing defects, we will address the issue promptly:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Provide photographs clearly showing the defect
- Describe the issue in detail
We will offer replacement, repair, or refund depending on the nature of the defect and product availability.
Errors in Production
If the finished product does not match the approved design proof or specifications, we will:
- Re-produce the item at no additional cost
- Offer a partial or full refund if reproduction is not possible
- Work with you to find a satisfactory resolution
Stock Items
For non-customized stock items (if available), we accept returns under these conditions:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return or report an issue:
- Contact us via email or phone within the specified timeframe
- Provide your order number and details of the issue
- Include photographs if applicable
- Wait for our team to review your request and provide instructions
Do not return any items without first obtaining authorization from our team.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom embroidered products made to your specifications
- Personalized appliques with custom designs or logos
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
- Design files and digitized embroidery patterns
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Processing time may vary:
- Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days
- Bank transfers: 7-14 business days
